I think Lucky is mostly correct, but some SPs will advertise that they do. But it doesn't mean that you will automatically get that kind of service when you show up. A lot of times it comes with time and connection. But you can shortcut some of that by showing up with spotless hygiene, maybe a small little token gift and an admiring, loving attitude.
