Great resources, thanks for posting. Selective Income Tax/ Johnny Demos has been doing exotic dancer taxes for a number of years but it is a sideline for him and he isn't an accountant.
Take note that the infomation on GST in the second post is outdated, as we all know it is HST now and if you gross over $30,000 per year you MUST register for and collect HST, which is an additional 12%. If you don't they will register for you and then make you pay back HST/GST based on whatever they decide. It can be a substantial amount of money, in the thousands of dollars and they will expect you to pay. I know this first-hand.
