Across the street is Magic Spa. Just over a kilometer west is Dream and City.

New Star (6268) - on Hastings near the highway/Cassiar tunnel exit. Look for the the nearby McDonslds. I had mostly great experiences there.

It seems you can't park there on the street before 7:00 or something I wonder can you park at the McDonald's parking lot and get away with it

Guess you missed the joke. You mentioned Happy in NW which is nowhere near where the OP is looking for.

Never heard of Sunrise on Hastings. Can you share some info about it?

he's talking about neighbourhood of Hastings Sunrise. Think PNE area which extends to North Burnaby, Hastings.

Dream and City Spa is at Hastings/Ingleton, entrance from the back alley behind Cup and Bun Cafe and Pho Pasteur. Ask for Nicl. Excellent BBBJ, Nuru, FS for $220+$100 tip. And a fantastic massage on top of all that!
