first time warning took my info second time went to court but charges dropped and i dropped 3500 on a lawyer

For shame! For shame! Primmed, I'll bet the judge told you never to do it again, and I'll bet you looked him or her straight in the eyes and promised not to do it. And here you are going strong! But, seriously, that 3500 for a lawyer seems like a ripoff. A thing like it happened to me about 20 years ago, and the lawyer charged me $40. Maybe inflation is the explanation.
