Longest break from seeing SP's

Trying to dial it back to once seasonally except summer in which case once a month.
Just came back from my spring session and omg I feel effing amazing . DRAINED !

I was regularly active from when I started in my 20's for 10 years or so.
Never went more than about a month without seeing someone.
Then, about 6 years ago I started thinking I might have a dependency / addiction problem with it.
I decided to take 6 months off.
I was surprised how easy it was.
I ended up going 18 months without seeing anyone.
And when started up again, it took a while to get back into it.
It seemed less enjoyable for a while.
That also surprised me.

What is the longest you have gone from seeing SP's?

Thinking back I tried in the early 2010's to go once every few months. Now i am trying to do that again but only last a week lol.

I haven't seen an SP since January 2020. That's 28 months. That was the last time before the pandemics was declared. I'm aching to get back into action.

If I would have done that I could have saved enough for a really good down payment on say a new Kia Soul which I want. I wish I had some kind of self discipline.
