I'm hoping the weather is nice enough to do some serious barbecuing. I've got some bison steaks in the freezer that are crying out to be cooked up.

Every day seems like a nice weekend

here in tampa. But damn!! Sometimes the heat gets old and I miss the snow I grew up with. Hell you could probably fry those steaks on the hood of my car around one in the afternoon. By the way...Bison is great....when are you holding comminity BBQ day....it would be worth the trip for me. LOL
