out of curiosity,were do clients generally prefer an sps incall location to be?downtown,east vancouver,metrotown

also does it matter if its a new or older apartment?does a view of the mountains,harbour,beach or false creek really matter?

what makes a client want to come back to an sps incall location besides her?is it the complimentry beverage,tea,coffee,beer,wine or water.maybe the hot oil massage or hot towels.

Downtown. Reasonable parking... not too expensive or too far away.

Clean, safe building. ie. no one loitering out front asking me if i need anything.

Inside... clean and simple... almost like a hotel room. If you live there... I dont want to see a mess or too much personal stuff. It should be your office just as if you were any other professional.

Clean! Clean! Clean! Especially the bathroom. Fresh towels are nice. New soap or at least liquid soap for the shower. Clean towels are a must. To go the extra mile, have some tooth brushes, toothpaste, available. Stockup on some cheap stuff. Most guys wouldnt use it but its nice if you need/want it.

Definitly downtown or even the north shore. Clean and welcoming and definitly discreet and unassuming. I find that what keeps me coming back is an SP that is excited to see me again and seems genuinely interested in providing me with a great time.

incall I prefer closer by, Usually if i'm in the mood for some TLC i'd rather same day apt but can settle for one day ahead scheduled. But i dont want to travel too far. The longer it takes me to get to my needed TLC the more i don't feel like it anymore. within 30 mins drive away from my place of residence is what i yearn for. Respectable looking house or apartment, nothing fancy. Respectable looking neighbourhood as well.. again doesn't have to be upscale, just not like a back alley with dumpsters full of garbage. Also what makes me want to see an SP is again her service but the inside of an SP's place should also look respectable. My tolerance is proably lower than others i may be wrong but i dont mind if its a little "lived" in. Spotless is nice, but i know pple gotta live there too. So as long as it appears to be clean its all good.

These are reasons probably why i wont end up seeing Julia or Ingrid etc.. those that i would like to see because of good reviews. Much too far away from me.

The three important things to me are the lady, the location and a clean place.

My preferences for location is someplace that's convenient for me to get to. I have to be able to get there from my place within 30 minutes. Like Spunki, there are a few SP's that I've been interested in visiting, but their location isn't convenient for me. But that doesn't mean that their location doesn't work for them or their regulars.

The place doesn't have to be extravagent, but well kept, reasonably clean and in an area that is both discreet and fairly secure. Having a view or fancy decore is not important, I'm interested in seeing the SP. The mountains I can see anytime.

And yes, the little things like a drink or a hot oil massage do make a difference. It adds to the experience for anyone who is looking for the social interaction of a true girl friend experience.

Leilani, I'm likely one of the few who don't really care where you're located in Vancouver, because ideally, you'd be located about 2000 km east of there. Sigh.

However, like the rest, for the apartment, clean is number one and I suspect, a given. As to old or new, new can perhaps appear more upscale and fresher, however older can have more charm and may seem more comfortable. A nice view may be a bonus, depends on whether you have to worry about sight lines from other apartments. As long as it's in a "safe" area, you'll never please everyone on this.

For us out-of-towners, location should be easy to find on a map and ideally, away from heavy traffic (if that's actually possible in Vancouver). Parking availability is also important.

As to what would keep me coming back, aside from the sp, are the little extras. Beverages, hot oil massage are a nice touch, the more memorable the better - it may be hard to find something unique (such as Yumi's post session dressing) but, something that sets a good parting memory would work.

30 minutes. Guys, count yourselves fortunate...

from a girls point of view, definately Downtown as it is the Entertainment District. And You fall under that category. People from all over flock to downtown for fun and you still fall under that category.

When I'm in Vancouver--- Downtown. Big high-rise where you can come/go without attracting too much attention. Normally I just taxi and don't expect free parking in Vancouver. Doesn't matter if the place is old or new. A proper bed with shower availability is nice. A place thats clean an private -- some candles or subdued lighting.
