Location of park by Low track

I remember about a year ago..when I first came to Van..members posted about a park that was located somewhere off Hastings, that Sw used to go to smoke..Stated that you could walk around and park your car and " window shop". Seemed better to me than cruising around in a car...If memory serves me correctly, it was like oppenheimer park...I searched now and found nothing..Help !

Oppenheimer Park is in the downtown eastside - not sure I would want to walk around that neighbourhood though - pretty scary place. There are street walkers in the neighbourhood but I am not sure that is the place you are looking for.

It is at the corner of Jackson Ave and East Cordova, a block north of East Hastings.

Thanks Pokemon..seemed too good to be true..eliminating the driving around part and hoofing it..In your opinion, any chance of finding " gems " there ??? I see a lot of posts about LE all over the place now..With escorts costing ridiculous amounts, just lokking for "reasonably-priced " alternatives..

Check with HiTrack - I don't see street girls - used to years ago but I found the quality dropped and they got too scary for me.

Ya for sure those chicks are scary. I worked track last april till about the end of august. I have been wondering down there the past couple weekends and can't beleive how many bad smelly crackhead SW's there are! I seen 2 get in a fight on sunday just off of franklin and mclean. I heard some yelling, I thought I would walk around the corner and see whats up. These 2 chicks were beating the hell outta each other.
