if you ever hang around the casino, you will eventually run into one or they will approach you. I notice them the most on the baccarat tables.

Casinos are full of them. I was at a small business when the collectors showed up to collect an overdue debt. The two Asian female owners turned white when the guys showed up. Two of them walked around the busy place to see if anyone was brave enough to say something while the other two where yelling in Cantonese. I have no clue what was said but it was very easy to tell what was going on. My GF, who is Asian, said what was going on.
