Has anyone else had this? If I do an ethnicity restriction I get a different set of results than just a 'show me everything' refresh, and by different I mean ads that don't appear in the 'today' section otherwise.
Are they weighting/ ranking/ pay for promo now ? Or is it just buggy software they're using?
