LL ads update frequency

Does it matter when choosing an SP from LL if one person’s ad updates several times a day, while others haven’t been updated for days?

No not really. Some are still available even if they don’t bump their ads frequently. Leo bumps are expensive so if someone is still getting a steady flow of business there’s no point to waste bumps
