Little help for a first timer?

Hi all. my first post (as you can see).
I've ha d abit of experience (very little actually) with SW's, and I would like to try out a true professional, but I would rather not break the bank.

Can you guys share your wisdom as to which lady would be a good bet for a first newbie, in the 200-250 range?

And preferably for tonight?
