Little confused

So today I was checking another review board and noticed that one of Winnipeg's finest has now added another personality by the name of Charm?? Is this another one of her personalities or an actual person.

She even says in the thread about her and describes her.
There is a slideshow in the thread of her friend.
That was pretty funny though!
