Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this? Ad says email so I did, apparently it's at a house on the NS. Seems a bit sketchy, asking for payment in form of prepaid Amazon card. Claims her name is Eva C Vital.

I'd avoid. Very good odds it's a scam. Ad says it was posted 2 months ago. Same ad can be found in Prince George, Victoria, Prince Albert, Regina and Winnipeg massage sections on LL also posted 2 months ago.

If your spidey senses are tingling it's always a good idea to check other locations to see if the same ad is posted in multiple locations.

Well, obviously that store front is nowhere in Kamloops to begin with.

Also, ads with email addresses only is sketchy AF, especially when they're asking for Amazon cards off the hop.

Also, the photos are obviously from some amateur Pornhub video.

So yeah, pure scam.
