I have discovered that there are some thoughtful, well presented, letters to the editor that have been published arguing against Bill C-36. If all goes well, I will provide a link to one of them from the Pictou Advocate. I am also trying to relocate one from The Star, written by an admitted john, who eloquently advocates against Bill C-36.

Not only several letters to the editor, but several major newspaper editorials, against this bill, including from "conservative" papers such as National Post and Globe & Mail.
This bill is a travesty in so many respects, it would be laughable if it were not so dangerous.
But I fear the Harper government is tone deaf and will plod ahead with homage to their ultra-right wing, moralistic "religious" base.
