Does anyone know of/have a script that will notify when an SP has posted an ad?

I have a few on the bucket list that post ads infrequently, and it's a pain to have to check every day.

Yes, but not sharing mine. Wouldn't want to lose the competitive advantage when catching some of the elusive agency girls.

I used a commercial software called WebSite-Watcher. It would email/SMS me when ads on my watchlist change. Whatever tool you use, it still requires some setup to filter out dynamic parts of the ad (Viewed ... times, Ads by other users) and you probably want Posted Today only, which can either change to Posted Yesterday or disappear completely if the ad is deactivated.

As a low-tech approach, use LL Favorites to quickly see any recent postings.
