Booked an appointment at legends after reading all the recent reviews. Arrived on time, walked in and no one greeted me. After waiting and wandering around a little, I was able to say hello to someone. Then I was sat in a room and waited a few more minutes. Only to be told that the sp I had booked (Dakota) was in session and not near the end apparently. I have visited most of the popular mps in town and have never had such brutal service. My unspent money will be taken elsewhere.

To each their own mike, you spend your money wherever you like. I spend mine where it's appreciated. I was merely advertising my dissatisfaction. Maybe future clients will be attended to better after a little feedback.
This has happened to me before and frankly it is up to the SP to make sure that the guy walking in the door is really her appointment. All she has to do is ask him what name he booked under and if he gives the wrong answer, kick his sorry ass out the door. Don't go to the door and say "Hi, are you my appontment for --O'clock". Of course the dude is going to say yes, and then you end up with a potential regular who's pissed off and never returns, as in this case. The onus is on the girl to make sure it's the correct client. In my opinion there is no excuse for this ever happening.
And oh by the way, it might be a good idea to get that door chime fixed.

There is no excuse for an SP missing her appointment. If you show up late however, it is your own fault if she takes another client.
This happened to me at Supreme once. I waited ½ hr for the girl to finish her session and then told her that she will never see me again. This would have been my third session with her. She just gave me the chin in the air and walked away without saying another word.
I do not hold that against Supreme since it is not the mp’s fault if one of the sp’s is completely inconsiderate.

OK, I've been reading this thread and I just thought I would see if I understand correctly.......
1) Legends has terrible service because of 1 incident. (Perhaps they all need a good spanking!! )
2) SP's are not allowed to make mistakes.
3) SP's must have perfect time management skills. (no exceptions)
I guess the point I am trying to make is that nobody is perfect. Yes, I've shown up for an appointment only to find my SP otherwise engaged. Yes, On occasion I've had to wait quite some time for someone to greet me. It happens. It sucks, but it happens!! Don't take it personally and don't judge an MP by 1 or 2 instances.
Now, it's a different story if this is consistently happening, but I don't get the sense that it is.
I've yet to get to Legends (Out of towner) but I do plan on a visit when I'm in town.

Why are we so inconsiderate when it comes to SPs. Ok you had to wait...do you put it in the newspaper when you wait at any restaurant...do you become a town crier if you have to wait in line at Superstore...have you always walked in the door at a salon or garage and gone right to your chair or service bay ..i doubt it...you wait and wait and never complain. But let an SP....who on the whole treats you better than most women you have known..inconvenience you for any period of time..wham..damn her.
i do like the idea of spanking them though...especially sineh, ashlee and mischa...even if they are innocent they should get spanked out of principle.
it just seems that when someone tries to do something right some people sit in the weeds and jump out for the least little slip and go..."damn you i caught you...for shame..tar and feather the buggers"...com'on lighten up...this is where i get biblical...let he/she who is totally innocent cast the first stone.

When you are busy service goes down. Make the extra effort and business should flourish. Don't make the effort and business well go down to where you can accommodate the demand.
Every successful business has to deal with growing pains. Knowing this I would give these girls a second chance in a heart beat. One of them already responded to your complaint.
It sounds like Legends is the stuff dreams are made of and right in Edmonton who would have guessed.

After dozens and dozens of visits to MP`s here and in Toronto, I understand that mistakes can happen. One evening in Toronto a couple of years ago I waited in a room for a SP who I used to see regularly for 45 mins before I came out and asked what was happening. She was sitting here on the couch, and half an hour before that had posted on https://terb.cc something about me not showing up, as the guy who was working the door fucked up and forgot to tell her I was waiting in the room. I ended up being given a bunch of extra time for free in the room, and although I was severely pissed at the time, I realized afterwards that there are occasional screw ups in all industries.
I`d be concerned if I heard about this happening regularly with any MP, but once doesn`t overly concern me.

I try my best to keep my clients happy. If I did not, I would not do very well and have 0 clients. I also do not clock watch for the most part. Sometimes a client takes a little too much time and that is bound to happen. Try to remember that if it was you in that room taking a few minutes extra, you are walking out a happy boy.
The biggest point of this is what is more important to you, an SP who does not clock watch and maybe 5-15 minutes late, or an SP who is always on time but clock watches and rushes a session to the point of dissatisfaction. Just my thoughts.

Why don't you see an independant (appt.) and be gaurenteed no wait and probably just as good if not better service?
I've been offered an explanation and an apology. I accepted both of them. So you guys can hang up your gleaming swords and shields. On a more positive note, a friend of mine had a duo with sineh and katya. He was very satisfied. So I"ll try a surprise appointment some other time. The service had better be spectacular. I will reserve further comment until then.
