I have found some pretty smart women . . .

99.9% of the girls in this industry can't even count to 5 without using their fingers let alone understand the concept, and being able to afford to invest in a studio, hence Legends being sold. There is a big difference between being able to run a business and sucking cock....hence Legends being sold.
in this industry - actually those are the ones I enjoy revisiting because I find intelligent AND beautiful women the ultimate in feminine qualities. They don't last long in the industry because they quickly achieve their financial goals and they move on to pursue their private lives without the burden of a huge student loan, mortgage, credit card bills, etc. Granted, most may not have college/university degrees, but they still are very intelligent and they use this business to get to a better place in life. You've got to show some respect for these ladies who enter this business to better themselves and their families that rely on them for support. . .it's just too bad that life may have dealt them a bad deal to start of with - but they're doing something about it by using their best "assets" while they still can. . .

I would say only 0.01% of the SP's fit the profile that you're describing. . .

Here's my take on it... look at this agency, which looks to be very much geared toward VIP/high-end clientele: http://www.monalisamodels.com.au/benvenuto.html

All these girls to me look like either supermodels, Maxim girls, or porn stars. A girl that stands to make 10x her Edmonton rate will be in the "Supreme" ($2000 - $4000/hour) category.
WOW! Even the ladies in their lower end Deluxe package ($600-$900) are super hot. Sorry to say that 99% of the SPs in Edmonton don't even come close, appearance wise, to the gals on this sight.

If you're paying that kind of coin, one certainly wants the best eye candy money can buy.

All these sheep saying how legends has investors, making so much money, best studio in Edmonton...give me a break. lol

That business isn't going to sell for anywhere near $100k let alone $400k.
what is up your ass man. what gives you the right to start bashing the girls at Legends or any other studio for that matter. sounds like someone pissed you off. this is not the place to start bashing the women. how do you know how smart they are? takes a lot of nerve to start that kind of shit.

you sound like a very bitter bitter person!:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I just don't think that it's worth that much they don't even have a new sign... it's a great studio with a high turnover rate but you can't sell a buisness for more than it's annual revenue's worth.... by law so if your telling me legands makes over 400k a yr than more power to her for selling for that much but this is edmonton not vegas ;)

Wow that is just mean spirited, we all know on this board we call the girls "SP"s and the guys hobbists, we dont do any of the "john" or "prostitue" type dialog here.
No you dont need to be smart to put cock in your mouth for a living, and you also have to be fairly pathetic to pay for sex.
I think TT300z crossed a line that everyone on this board should respect.

Better yet they should just delete this post as it doesn't really concern us. Well I guess it should concern us that we are losing some great SPs, but other than that no...

99.9% B.s

This is my view after 11 years 99.9% really Bull F***ing SH*t can't run a business i know a few former and current SP that can run a business a hell of alot better than some the people out there Nikta wants a new life Congrats change is good sometimes .Most of the SP out there are in college or university why do they work at MP cause it works in there schedule .

As for legend up for sale wish i had the money to but i don't do i have the education you bet but one thing stops me from running the show at where i work it called not getting a chance .

So tt300z next time you go for your cocksuck ask a Sp why she is there .they are human just like me and just like everyone on here

nice to see a very popular SP add her 2 cents. this TT300 person seems like they have an axe to grind. kinda makes me wonder if they are someone who had a bad session at legends, or if they are a former employee at Legends who is trying to cause shit. if they aren't it isn't too smart starting up shit with anyone. especially with someone they may not know. like Kendra for example.

The expectations are higher.............

there are a few misconceptions going on right now.

First, Nikita is retiring and has not been recruited by anyone. She wants a different life and we need to respect that.

Second, there have been SP Recruiters active in the Edmonotn Community for the 12 years I have been in the Hobby. I have known several Gals who have taken the bait and worked in the U.S., England, Japan and on a World Circuit. Their biggest challenge is when the fee is higher so is the expectation. BB activities in particular.

The stories told to me involve:

1. Forced substance abuse;
2. Withheld passports;
3. Orgies that are not of interest to many SP's;
4. Muliple Partners, again many SP's are not interested; and
5. Bisexual activities that many SP's do not enjoy.

One SP told me to imagine being on a Yaht with some wealthy Texans, all of whom are notorious for wanting BB and they are offering you the World. How do you say no?

I am not asuming that Kendra will partake in these activities; however, every SP that I have known has returned very disillussioned and close to penniless.

These SP Recruiters are no threat to our Pooning Community. They are pretty much smoke and mirrors. If an SP finds otherwise and achieves her Goals, that will be wonderful for her and will not really affect us either. Another Gal will take her place, the money is very good as praxis has explained on many occassions.

My 2 cents.
Its true but hey if the sp knows what she is getting into well then more power to her. The lure of easy money is huge in this buissness. Some women are willing to do whatever it takes. Including BB anything, orgies, multiple partners and so on. As for forced drug use? Well the sad reality is many sp can find there way into that lifestyle all on their own. Too much free time, flexible work hours, excess cash, and alot of personal baggage make a terrible combination. I honestly wish all the sp who are moving on the best of luck just go in with your eyes wide open!!!!!!!!!! The old saying "the grass is greener" still holds true IMO

There's no guarantee when you buy a business....there are always layoffs or people quitting because they don't like the new management or the way the business is being run.

Also, in many businesses, when you buy them, you are purchasing the: "name", "reputation" and "client/customer list", etc. In this case: the name would likely stay; the reputation is dependent upon the staff and how they cater to the clients; there is no "client list". Clients are people off of the street who come and go and have numerous places to choose from.

If you look at the building, there are other businesses in it, so I doubt you would attain any financial interest in the building if you purchase Legends. Also, how much is that building worth....1 million or thereabouts...and someone will pay for 400k for a business here they don't own the real estate where it sits???

One question to the massess.....if you look at all of the MP's in Edmonton (from today and within the last 5 years or so), how many of them owned their own real estate? Somebody mentioned Rhthym. Other then that???? Basically these are businesses where they rent the place where they operate from and hope to make a $$$ based on their employees.

About the "improvements" to Legends.....the owners of Legends would have a vested financial interest in these rooms, etc., but there is no way to take anything with them if they leave. Also, it would be a good idea if a person talks to the building owner and the city.....what are the plans for the buiding...and aren't there plans for rebuilding that part of the city?

I would say "in my two cents", that 400k is quite over-priced. I think it should be put in the range of 150-200k .

I guess it all comes down to doing your "due diligence".....

I agree with you Cruiser, no building, a questionalbe location and no guarantee of future plans/licensing make it a tough call

The value of the improvements is comprised of supplies and labor, and we all remember the call out for "help", but they can't be taken out anyway, the beds etc. could be I guess, but why, unless you are opening a new studio

They are hoping to sell for 400K based on their reputation and all the hype, BUT who manufactured all that hype in the first place. And let us not forget the backlash it generated, left quite a bad taste in the mouth of many

NEVER saw Supreme do anything like that, and you never will, Sandy is a class act and runs a well respected operation

Claims that there is 3 times the revenue of other studios however do not hold water, it's not likely as the high count is approx 800 clients per month, remember they themselves were bragging about 1,000 in 6 weeks...

Nope 200K may be a fair price, but what name are you buying, Legends or Kama Sutra? The staff will come and go, BUT turnover and bitterness seems to be quite a bit higher than other studios (with the exception being Peter), and the management is another issue that needs a closer look.

Claims of all this money they are making and how successful they are, yet they can't afford to change the sign. Or advertise in publications that cost money to do so. :rolleyes:
