What hour is usually the cut off limit for most providers? I get free late at night on weekdays. After 10 PM. But do most providers even take incalls beyond this time?

You might have better luck with agencies (especially, Asian ones) for sessions past 10pm. As for independent providers, some do provide late night sessions if you become a regular or with enough notice. If you are interested in a particular provider/agency, it can't hurt to ask.
Most of our girls work until 12 midnight, but some will work later 1-2 am ish depending.
