Srs who else but newbs falls for that crap. What do they think they are selling? Carpet? Well maybe....

I personally have always stayed away from ads with that heading because if they are leaving, what the hell do they care about making you happy or a favorable review?

What are your guys experiences? Good or bad with ladies that advertise this way?
Retirement doesn't count btw

When I see those it reminds me of some stores that have a "GIANT SALE....STORE CLOSING SOON" that are still there after 3 years.
