Last call time???

I haven't been up to Vancouver in some time, but am heading up for a few days over Spring Break. Last time I was there, I remember reading that bars may be staying open until 4am on weekends. Did this ever go through? If so, is it city wide? require special permits? etc, etc?!

I've been checking the forums for places to see and things to do, and maybe people to visit. Any suggestions?

Some of the bars in the downtown core do stay open till 4AM. There is a bar watch organization that may have info on which ones.

thanks for the info, I had heard something about still in the trial stages b4 the Olympics. I 'll check it out
