Yes, I saw this...and I was thinking...how in the world could this happen? Maybe they were too small for her and some kind of sling shot effect happened, causing the metal piece to shoot off like some kind of bullet. Yeah, never buy your thongs too small...any way you look at it, you're just asking for an injury.
