Has anybody seen her? I have not met her, but I feel she is a red flag, given that she only accepts texting and gets offended for nothing. Also she changes the date of visiting frequently and advertises everyday. I feel she is not real and just playing with texting. But I hope it is not true.

She is real and has a lot of really good reviews on another site. The latest one is from January this year. Safe play only.
Can't see how texting only is a red flag to you, since that's how most providers do business.
However, being offended for nothing would be such a red flag. Maybe you failed at first impressions? Maybe she was having a bad day? Maybe she's a schizo drama queen? Either way, just move on.
The getting offended over nothing happened with me as well. I checked her website it said that check the calendar which I did, and it was showing she is in alberta on those dates. So i asked are you in kamlopps or alberta, and she got offended with that. I didn’t text her back.
