Kraft Dinner

To me its not welfare food, but it is summer BBQ type food, or picnic type food.

Some people where I work thought different, so I thought I would ask you all.

Perhaps if you take Kraft Dinner there and put it on the menu... you can make money too

When i eat Kraft dinner i throw out the cheese. i then buy some real good spaghetti sauce (lots of vegatable stuff) and away i go............Yum!

You do realize you can buy macaroni noodles in the pasta section don't you? Why spend more on Kraft Dinner if you're just going to throw out the cheese?

I like to buy TV dinners then throw out the entree, desert and potatos and then cook up the frozen veggies.

About 15 years ago I was filling out some paperwork (a credit app I think) for a customer of the retailer I worked at. I was asking her all the standard questions; name, address, etc. When I asked her where she worked she said, very matter-of-factly, "welfare". I said, "You work at the welfare office?" She said "Hell no, I'm ON welfare!" I remember her having a cell phone, one of those bricks. Hell, I didn't even have one yet! She probably ate better than me! LOL

Mmmm, the white kind's good if you grate some dill havarti in it! But I really haven't eaten the shit since I graduated college and could afford real food. I think KD has the nutritional equivalent of a cardboard sandwich

Welfare food = Cream of Weiner Water Soup.

After boiling the weiners you use the remaining "flavoured" water for soup the next day!

I throw out the cheese, add the butter and a ton of ketchup. For me its just a vessel for ketchup, like french fries.

Gotta say gobble gook, weiner water is gross. Remind me to give more change to panhandlers so they don't have to eat that!
