That is one extreamley strange add tin eye has zero results for the pictures no phone number just an email adress could be anybody as i have said before even a homeless person with acess to a library computer could post anything thats olny requirment is that they have an e mail adress . Im thinking also the posiblity of some sort of spam or one of those computer programs where they lock up your computer and demand payment to give you acess to your computer again . I personally dont like to contact sp via email or text . Both of those means of comunication open you up to all kinds of computer viruses and spam . Even if she is real just having the email adress means that spam bots are sending her thousands of junk emails . She would have to go through those before she got to yours.
