did you see the latest for Parkinson's treatment in the States? They use a form of ultrasound to target the area that is causing all the issues with the tremors etc. In one treatment, without any surgery, they totally wipe out the tremors! Look it up on Yahoo or youtube. It was on Yahoo last week.
