Run..away. I did when I visited her incall a few months ago. I saw the open wounds on her skin and when she asked me if she could bum a smoke before I gave her any cash, I said they're in the car. That was my out lol..now I just tell them straight up that this isn't going to happen when alarms go off. Yuck..
