It seems from your posts that you think that having sex with a woman is cheap at any price and too concerned about Sp's opinion.
Let's not forget this is a business and they are providing a service and a very expensive one also. For comparision to see a doctor in BC with out medical insurance costs $100. compare a doctor qualification with a SP.

You are paying for their time and body an agreed fee. If they want tip, gift or what ever reason more than that, either they should raise their price or provide a good service that deserves tipping. You don't bring a gift for the cashier in Safeway, every time you go shopping there, do you?

As you can see only 11% make more that $30/hour, at $300/hour I think it will probably go down to 1-2% of poulation.
Like any other business when you sell a service or product (in this case sp's body and time), you give the customer the right to use the product as he wishes, either Fu*k or talk. You don't see the restuarant owners complaing to customers becuase the ate or didn't ate their food, or doctors about bloody or infectionous patients.
As any business owner, you always have the right to deny service to any one that you like, for example some more high class resturants would not let you in if you do not have a tie. In the same manner, she should have mentioned in her web site that she will not see any one who wants to talk about their private life, lick face, is too old, not showered,married, kiss or pulls.........
but if she didn't because it limits the number of customers and therefore the cash flow then she has no one to blame but herself.
