Same address, different rates quoted (one was $180/HH and the other was $200/HH). Got to door, and it was not the Kim from pics (I suppose it could be Sarah). French accent at door. Given the discrepancy from pics and the exact same address as other post (I just got the unit number at the last second), I bailed.
