Looks like your prediction of fake is correct. I asked if she really was the girl in the pictures or if she just looked similar. She said pictures were 100% her.
I then fired up google lens and sent her (him?) an email asking if they could explain why the second picture was also on the home page of pornstar Natasha Nice.
Not surprisingly, Email has gone silent.
