I found this lady on Tryst. I paid a deposit for an overnight date a few days ago. Now I can’t get a hold of her. Any info on her? Was I scammed?

Why would you even contemplate an overnight date with a provider you have never met? Seems to me you would want an overnight with a provider you have at least built up some chemistry with on previous dates.

I know the girl, lots of guys here know the girl, she’s been around for awhile, this name she is using now is new. She was good and fun 9 years ago when I met her. Being blunt and harsh , anytime you get scammed, it’s your fault, not hers.
Absolutely no bad tales to tell. Always did my research, read a lot and enjoyed my time.
Maybe just lucky or maybe just thorough on my homework?

I agree with this. Give the guy a break, obviously a newb. He might not even have know about Perb before he booked.
She used to be a well reviewed local, but that was a couple years ago. The pics she's using are at least 5 years old, same ones as when I first saw her ad back then. There is info on her if you search. I knew her for a couple years before the pandemic. Her schtick is playing little lost girl, there's always a boyfriend beating her, etc.
Sorry to hear it. I'm sure almost everyone here has been swindled out of $ in some form or another over the years. I've ordered clothes from a company and never received them in the past :/ They were 'lost in the mail' for a long time lol.
The more of these a provider has, the better:
- a professional looking website (doesn't have to be fancy, but not full of spelling errors and half-assed)
- presence on social media (IG, Twitter, etc)
- ads on multiple sites
- PERB reviews
- supporting PERB member
- positive responses to asking if people have seen her in the 411 thread, as Lucifer suggested
