This has to be a bad joke on this girl.
Sounds like someone else has posted it with her name on it, however, it does sound quite thorough so may have an element of truth.
Not sure about this one.
Do a reverse address search and find the listing name and phone #.

I did a reverse directory on that address and it comes up with the same last name.
