The ad violates my personal rule of contact based on two criteria:
1. Showing face
2. Number photoshopped on photo (Anyone can do that to a photo)

Don't waste your time with this one unless you like being lied to. And yes, Semi is right. Anyone willing to show their face publicly will always ask for more than $200.

Edit: Google Image Search shows a match for some Vietnamese actress it seems.
