1. No mention of price. Yellow flag.
4. Post after 9 pm in the evening. 1:40 am in fact. Red flag.
5. Excessively decorated ad that brings you back to the old Craigslist days. And was probably used all the way back then too. This is a red flag.
9. Not only east of Burnaby, she's east of Langley. Red flag.
13. Verified photos but so many of them have been so heavily photoshopped that it can't be a accurate representation of her anymore. Not to mention the whole 'hide my belly' pose in every photo. Red flag.
There's enough yellow and red flags to mark this is a scam, or at the least a bad time.
I'd avoid unless you're really jonseing after this provider, in which case I can't help you.

It's "challenging" territory. Selection and safety gets better the further west you go as a general rule.
If you are in that area, there are well reviewed providers like Skyler Mack, Maya West and Bella Rae who are well worth your time and attention.
