A good thought but unfortunately it wouldn't work. Us guys here on PERB likely constitute less than 10% of Winnipeg's pooners. There are lots of guys who don't know any better and don't read the review boards for substandard SP's and MP's to feast on. That's why despite all the comments about Winnipeg's MP's and the lousy service and/or the dumpy conditions nothing ever changes. Guys keep coming in the door and the owner keeps raking in the dough so they and the ladies have no incentive to improve.
The 10% of Winnipeg's pooners isn't a fact at all. I have to be honest in the past their have been really bad reviews posted by myself on certain escorts. I can tell you for a fact that their service went way up because of the lack of funds coming in. Some of them end up changing their name, and some stop working altogether.
The real issue is staying on top of it communicating and following the reviews. We have reviews done buy pooners who are not established yet. Also if the guys stayed strong and thought with their big head instead of their little head we could get the prices down. This would make the girls have to see more clients to get the income they need. This is why the girls are not answering their phones. The demand is so high right now in Winnipeg it is scary. The word just needs to get out to more women. It would help if we had more massage parlors. Massage parlors is what gets most of the girls into the industry in the first place.
Another way around it is to start seeing traveling escorts more. Most of those girls provide way better service then our local girls. This would drive up local supply as pooner dollars would be spent on girls that do not work here.
The local girls that advertise a lot here on perb, and have good reviews should get our money the rest shouldn't. Only if their rates, and availability stay good. Once one or the other changes we should stop seeing them because they became greedy.
I concur and it seems to be getting so much worse. I got flaked on again just today. Don't want to jump to any conclusions so I'm trying to be fair and allow ample time to reach out to me with an explanation/reason. I'll keep you posted.

I should add that in the past girls like Ryna made a HUGE killing financially. Her rates were so low that guys paid for her services for four hours or more. The girl had guys flying her to places paying for everything. She made more overall money then any escort I know. Enough to put a huge down payment on a house in less then a year.
She did the prescreening thing most of the time. You know a date for free at a coffee shop before starting out. She would work on the prices at that time for that customer. My rate was something like $250 for 4 hours and we would go out to the movies etc. I think I only had to pay like $100-$150 for a hour of sex not sure anymore.
She had one guy pay her for a week of her time. You have to add it up if a girl averages around 50-80 a hour and, doesn't have to put out sex for every hour that is still a lot of money. If she can work 40 hours a week she is making around 160k a year or more. Not to mention the free traveling expenses paid, and the other items paid for her.
That was a girl that clearly enjoyed the company of the men she was with.

I agree with much of what you say. It makes sence and yes we are our own worst enemies for paying what we do for pussy in this town.
The point I was trying to make was that there are alot of guys who do not read the boards so a boycott would not change much.
I agree with you that in a few cases, a lady receiving some constructive criticism via a poor review might lead to some improvement, but I doubt it would change things much. Even with PERB we still see the ads on EC and BP from the bad providers because someone is still calling and visiting. I see it no different with the MP's. At the end of the day, despite the attitudes of the ladies, the dumpy conditions, the bone-headed management, etc... they are not still making alot of cash and have no incentive to change. The number one reason they can get away with this is our local government. They have made it virtually impossible for anyone to open a new parlour or for a new owner to take over an existing one. Just imagine if there were only 5 restraunts in town and the city made it virtually impossible for anyone to open a new one. What kind of service and quality do you think you'd get and what incentive would they have to improve with no threat of competition.
I think this thread should be closed.. as we were talking about the decline of the services in the city, it has nothing to do with a health issue, we are all grown men here some who are more educated than others, we take risks on both sides, this is nothing new that you have stated....
If the control issue's are that bad at Broadway's, that her service has slipped why doesn't she go indy where she can do what she want's??

I haven't been back since Sarah went the way of the big 3. I'm definitely not spending money there anytime soon.
Katie is great, but lately she has been turning her customers away to choose other girls for the session. Chose her, then she came into the room and said she couldn't do FS that day. She doesn't do this all the time but it sucks when she does!
What makes you say she's doing this to turn customers away to choose others? How do you know she just doesn't feel like doing FS or has other reasons for not doing it (time of the month, etc)
