I may be wrong... but the ad currently posted in Kelowna looks to be old pictures of Araya Elite before she got tattoo's.
These pictures would be around 3-4 years old based on the social media accounts.
I am not sure so thought I would post what I have found and see if anyone has anything else to say.
From what I found, this is a fake ad unfortunately
