I tried booked with Kate months ago for a first time 15min visit. I was running a little late and texted to give her a heads up if it would be okay that I might be about 5min behind.
Response was something along the lines of "I have a schedule to keep, I won't be seeing you."
Ok understandable.
Next time I tried to book again with her the immediate response was "you owe me a no show fee". I asked what for, how much?
"You didn't show up the last time you booked. $50."
lol, no way.
Totally get that she's running a business and has a schedule. Time is valuable after all.
I would just think a professional who states "no rush" in their ad would be able to schedule a little more effectively to allow 5-10 minutes of wiggle room on one or even both ends of an appointment.
That soured the mood so I sent an apology for not respecting her time and that I wasn't interested in booking anymore.

First off you only booked 15 and you were running late by 5 or 10.if ya booked longer you could have taken it off your time.cause if I was booked behind you and now had to wait 5- 10 minutes I'd be wtf!
If your only booking 15- 1/2 hr of course some will get the starfish..why are we booking with her??
