Her website says Vancouver + Toronto, so i did a quick search on terb but couldn't find anything under "kate summers". She seemingly came outta nowhere, but with a really good/professional website, verified photos with LL sign, and getting shout outs from established SPs on twitter. Kind of reminds me of Allison Page's introduction to the industry. If Kate's face and attitude/service matches her fire pictures, a lot of guys are gonna have much lighter wallets in Vanvouver...
