I took the video call, but I couldn’t get a clear look at them because they kept moving the phone up and down. The call lasted only a few seconds, and I think they were using a filter because they looked identical. That made me hesitant, so I didn’t move forward.

Geez man, that sucks. sorry to hear that, but thats for TOFTT. I had a similar situation with some french girl a while back, and she tried to fake the CBJ, by pulling on the condom and she pulled away and pushing it back on as she got close.
