I posted in a previous review that the building stank. This was due to a dog kennel tenant on the main floor of the building.

I was driving past today and see that there is a new tenant in that space, a coin-op laundry.

This started the wheels spining, co-op advertising opportunities do present themselves now. Here's a couple:

1. After you leave your load in the washer downstairs, cum upstairs and leave another.

2. While your clothes tumble and toil, cum upstairs and change your oil.
