That is a poor argument. I expect better of you than that.

Name me a major Christian sect (or Jewish one for that matter) that currently (ancient history is not relevant) actually practices what you quoted.

On the other hand, I can name you a major Islamic sect that does practice what the Koran teaches on this; Wahhabi, and it isn't only them. If you don't believe me, go to Saudi Arabia and ply your profession. Or try it in Afghanistan. Or Iran.
