A disabled man in Amsterdam fought a 7 year court battle arguing that he should be entitled to a "sex tax allowance" since this type of therapy would relax him thereby reducing the amount of medications he needed to take, a considerable saving to the medicare system.
He finally won and was awarded by the courts a $250 per month sex allowance which he could use to deduct from his taxes.
