Victoria is like paradise. Great food, music scene, and micro-breweries, great weather, easy access to water sports, and all packed into a small livable city. Everything I could want without the smog and gridlock (your Colwood crawl is quaint compare to the 401 or Rue Sherbrooke at the height of commuter traffic).
I love it here. Used to love to visit, now I am here permanently.
But I am missing one thing.
Is there a reliable, reputable, firm, young (19-25), relatively fit SP in this city, with a clean, professional incall? Money isn't of concern, as long as the SP and her working space are clean and professional. If she has a shapely ass, even better. I would love any thoughts that you might have.

Try Sophia, 21 yrs, search for her on BP, photos on her ad. The ones of her pulling her underwear down her young thighs give me a blood rush. She has stellar reviews on here. I'd love to see her myself but she lists her location as Cook St village, which is just to close to many of my friends and family for me to feel comfortable. One of the downsides of being a small city.

Sadie Rose, 20 yrs, is also well reviewed on these pages. Again I haven't had the pleasure, but, general opinion is quite favourable. Search her on BP, links to her website where she has a photo gallery and you can see if she falls into your body type preferences.

Mona Bardot, 25 yrs, I can say from personal experience that she is aces. Great booty, curvy, soft, grab-able, just thinking of Mona in doggy...another blood rush. Great reviews, great service, professional, clean incall.

AVOID, a provider going by the handle Anna Moss. Thanks to this board and the local pooning community we have a number of posts warning fellow pooners to be aware. Search for reviews on this board for more info (check thread title Scammed/Ripped-off, it's valuable Intel). She advertises on BP.

Hopefully others will chip in. I'm only a part-time hobbyist, there are many on this board who have a greater depth of knowledge of the Victoria field.

I would recommend Emmy St. Claire as well. She lists her ago at 29 - 30 but I can guarantee you that she looks and "is" way better the most 20 years old. Her incall is in a discrete area and very well appointed. You can search for her review and will see that she is most praised lady in Victoria.

Another lady that comes in mind is Miss Diana. 24. You can google Miss Diana Victoria and find her site. I have not seen her since she went Indy but she is absolutely wonderful. I couldn't comment on her incall but I can only assume it must be nicely decorated as her own website is very artful and beautifully done.

I also second Mona Bardot. Again, haven't got the chance to see her after she went indy but she is also a very wonderful companion.

The new guy in town politely asks for a recommendation based on clear criteria- rather than demand a broad regurgitation of everyone's favourite SPs, all their service/rate info and their ad links to be posted as per some other recent threads- and this is sponging? He's been here 2 weeks- let the poor guy try a few samples before he leaves something on the table for the Group. If he continually comes back to the trough for more, then.... well, you know...he's fair game.

Not2old, if the man is like me, working full time, married, kids - soccer practice and dance class, it's gonna take some time for him to work through that list, especially with Emmy and Diana, who both are full time students, part time providers. I have tried without success to see them a couple times, meshing schedules of busy people can be tough.

I just moved here two years ago myself. It's okay, but it is a small town, and it sure ain't Montreal. God how I miss Rue St. Catherine.

Here's the deal, if you want a provider that meets your criteria, you really need to look at going to an agency. There is always a pretty good stock of fit, young 20-somethings at the agencies. Leloup is an idiot telling you to go see Mona Bardot or Sadie Rose. The photos on Sadie's site are evidence that she will not meet your criteria, and Mona hides it well in her photos, but she is short and chubby with a fat ass. Don't listen to him.

Sophie is young, hot, and great in the sack.
Emmy is older than you may require, and she is tiny, but fit as fit, and she is good.
Miss Diana. By far the best suggestion you have been given. She is young, slim, fit with a beautiful set of natural D cups.
Kylee Anderson. Young, hot, firm and sexy.
Cameron Jones. 28, so older than what you specify, and charges premium, but so very worth it.

Now I am going to get flamed on here because I roasted one of this small town's precious escorts. And it's my first post. Yada, yada. It's why I rarely come on this board. There is nothing wrong with being chubby or fat in this industry. There are plenty of overweight, cellulite laden SPs, who are damn good at what they do, plenty of good reviews, have zero problem in obtaining clientele, and make twice (or more) what I do annually. So good on them. There's a place for everybody. But don't, and I am speaking mostly to Leloup here, give the man suggestions that are going to be a bad fit.

I've seen a few of the ladies you listed and have interest in most of the rest, although I prefer Indies as opposed to going to an agency, (I like the discretion)

Should you have anymore feedback on Kylee Anderson and Miss Dianna, that would be great.
