So can anyone tell me what are the best places for advertising, and what catches a mans eye. Im not used to working independant, i was a massage girl for 2 yrs. So i need a little help..............

There's quite a few local websites that carry independents that me and a million other guys love to revisit time and time again just to see what's new and what's different. Pick one that you think will cover the demographics you want and go for it, and sit back and wait for the phone to ring off the wall.

Welcome Wannaplay, a good place to start advertising would be right here on perb, there's lots of traffic and you can post your rates and hours you're available and i don't think it costs very much.

Politely ask the other babes here....
Your best bet is to send a PM to some of the women here. I am sure if you ask them politely, they would have helpful information. Most are pretty nice and will probably tell you what works best for them in terms of advertising cost versus recoup.
Like most things in life, it is best to consult those who have some real experience with the question you are asking.
Guys can only speculate, the women will know what generates clients.

Im not worried about the prices, mostly about what you'd want to get for that price. Now dont take me for a fool, lol. I just want to make sure that everyone will be happy!!

Chat Lines?
So ive seen a few reviews about girls from the chat lines, like live links. Is that a good way to go? Or have people been burned to many times. Ive been on a couple times. It seens like people on there are cheap. But I guess so is the advertising!! lol

I recommend you become a paid advertiser on PERB for a few months. It's not too expensive and allows you to legitimately post your services, availability and rates both in the Advertisers Section and in the threads. There are not only a lot of posters on PERB, but also a lot of lurkers. If you're attractive, friendly and provide good services with a positive attitude and don't short-change clients on time you will set yourself off from many other SPs (the ones who don't advertise here, of course, since all those who advertise here are wonderful ).
Since you're in Maple Ridge, advertising in Westender and Georgia Straight may not be that useful. I understand from some ladies that they don't like to advertise in the Buy and Sell as it seems to attract a larger proportion of calls from "gentlemen" that are either a waste of time or that aren't really "gentlemen".
You may also want to consider www.localescorts.ca, which seems to get a lot of local interest. Then there's www.eros-vancouver.com and www.escorts-canada.com, which tend to attract a lot of travellers. Since you're in Maple Ridge, you have to think about the type of clients you want to see and where you think they will come from. Then advertise into that market and when you see guys ask them where they saw your ad(s). If some ads aren't giving any results, drop them and try something else or do more advertising in the medium that gives you the most results. Most guys when you see them will be happy to tell you where they saw your ad if you tell them the reason. And try not to have different rates or different names in different ads - that tends to send off negative vibes to most guys.
Oh yes. Pick a unique name, or combine it with something else so it is unique (e.g. Paige Adams, YourJordan, etc.). Then stick with it. This allows you to build a name, reputation and avoid confusion with other SPs who may not be as attractive, provide the same level of service or have the same attitude. You don't want to lose potential clients because they read a bad review of another SP with the same name.
To avoid wasting your time, make it clear in your ads that you're in Maple Ridge and that it's about 60-90 minutes or whatever driving time from downtown, and include some photos (even if its without face shots for privacy it still helps give guys an idea of what you look like and will avoid a lot of questions).
And if you're attractive, really nice and give great service (by this I mean friendly, enthusiastic SAFE services with a positive attitude) you'll do well even in Maple Ridge. Pooners with cars will travel if the trip is worthwhile so long as they know they're not going to have the SP be a "no show" for them.

I'd echo everything Penhold just said.
Provide good service, be reliable and consistent. There is a huge debate about just what constitutes GFE. Some guys insist it means BBBJ, others don't. Do what you feel comfortable with. If you're not comfortable, it will show in the service and it will affect your business. Do a search on the board for GFE or BBBJ and you'll find the range of debate. Then its up to you where your comfort level is.
i'd stay away from the chat lines and stuff. Look, its like most businesses. Do you want to run a fast food outlet, or a gourmet restaurant. Advertise in some of the reputable (does that make sense in this business) places. PERB is an excellent spot to advertise, as is Escorts-canada. But in B.C. there are certainly others.
Invest in some nice pics and a website if you can afford it. I think most guys like to see a picture or two. Set out clearly where you are and what your rates and expectations are. If you provide good service, you'll soon start developing a regular and reliable clientele. With chatlines, you never know what you're getting and its unlikely you're going to develop the sort of regular and good quality clientele that you want. i.e. the guys with the wherewithall and the income to be involved in this hobby on a regular basis and who treat sp's as ladies worthy of respect and decent treatment.
