From a pure safety factor, it's a tough play. If you're shoving your dick in a SP with a rubber, then putting it in your wife/SO, you're taking body fluid from one female to another. I know this question may be directed at men... but personally, I think that as long as you have two women who are just as excited about the threesome as yourself, you have less to worry about. If you feel yourself getting a little to excited, or if you get to excited, you can sit back for a moment and watch the girls enjoy themselfs while you touch them and enjoy the view! This gives your member a little time to settle down while still giving you the visual stimulation to jump back on that horse, so to speak!
