Why? Do we have Spring forward and fall back. It just screws me up every year, can we not just keep the time the same all year?

Japan don't have summer day light saving time, and when I came to Canada, changing the time to accommodate to the sun rise time is the brilliant idea.

I think it is Canadian government responsibility to throw some media attention for changing time, like commercials on tv and radio.

Bt yes Angie, it screws me up sometime.
There were more than a few times I ended up being in a classroom alone for one hour.
