Jojo and Aba 4655 Surrey Central Query

Have you seen Jojo or Aba 4655, whose Leolist ad says they're located near the Surrey Central station?
At least one of their photos is "borrowed" from someone else, but nevertheless I'm intrigued enough to consider giving one of them a try.
I'd appreciate any information you may be able to share.

Actually, both of their photos are stolen from elsewhere.
But $80 for a CIM BBBJ does sound interesting.

I tried to see them a couple of weeks ago. Arranged a time an hour later but when I got there was told they were behind by 20. Waited the 20 mins and nothing. Was told to wait another 20 mins. A full hour and 144 mins later they tell me sorry we are with a client now and can you come back in an hour...
