Jessica Kane - update, pled guilty to Theft charges, other charges stayed
I think pleading guilty to theft means she's got a criminal record, no?
Correct.... She does have a record, but not the 1 she deserves... Dunno how she's not in jail for at least manslaughter

But the fact she drugged the dude, means she would've planned this which shud've led to a harsher murder charge.... But of course pathetic weak Canadian justice rears its ugly head

Someone said it before but if roles were reversed no way the dude would be getting a plea deal

“When a conditional discharge is granted, the judge places the person on probation for up to three years, and imposes conditions (rules) that may include hours of community work service, counselling or rehabilitation programs, and restrictions on where the offender can go and who they can have contact with” also the drugging, manslaughter, frauds etc where allegations. There is a reason they where stayyed and or dropped.
So why don't you take the time to google and read she pled guilty to theft charges... I help,.

https://globalnews.ca/news/10643643/jessica-kane-guilty-theft/

Charge of manslaughter dropped because victim wouldn't testify and no reason was given why the drugging charges outta surrey were stayed

Pleading guilty to theft leads to a criminal record

“The defence argued for a discharge” and they got it

so with a discharge yes you plead to charges, but if you have no record you get a discharge. Kane had no record so the judge honoured it. You seem very angry and uneducated lol.

"The Crown is asking for a jail sentence of time already served on the theft charges.

Defence is arguing for a conditional discharge, which would mean Kane faces no criminal record."

Sure if defense gets it way then yes....but that hasnt been decided yet... But thnx

Not sure why there is so much disgreement and argument against one another here, but stay on topic before this thread gets locked. She has not been granted a conditional discharge yet, that will be up to the judge to decide; they have the ability to disagree and impose a sentence they deem fit.

The conditional discharge is being asked hy defence, and yes, if the person completes their sentence under certain conditions, then their record is wiped (for the Thefts). If they violate then they are in breach of court orders and will face additional charges, on top of having those previous convictions reactivated on their record.

Open source court records indicates she has court Aug 30.

Lets stop

this thread. They talk about dark female energy and a sucker is born every minute, be careful gentlemen

That's a stretch, though much like your common sales person or in any profession, no one is concerned for if you can keep up with your rent,. mortgage, electric bill, or other necessities as long as you have the money to pay for their services. This is capitalism. Sometimes the banker who is taking down your info may be keeping your info to setup a credit card and then you're dealing with identity theft. Crooks exist everywhere. To say that sex workers are looking to do what Ms. Kane did is an unfair generalisation, though you wouldn't be completely wrong that there are people like that. Just don't go painting everyone with the same brush, plenty of good people just trying to make a living to provide for themselves and even for their families.

I get where you’re coming from, but Kane was accused of theft. Which one would assume the theft would be not providing services. Kane never extorted, assaulted, threatened, drugged or killed. Those were allegations and everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty. I think some guys have truthfully gave pin out, I believe some men where ok with a working girl taking a little bit more then he said. I also believe some aren’t ok with that, I knew girls that told me they would take extra and just tell the guy they’ll do x y & z/ stay longer.
Okay, I always add an extra amount upon paying when it's a first time. Generally it's my final "screening" test with an SP. Just to see if she says anything about the extra amount. If she does acknowledge the extra amount, then I know I'm with someone honest to an extent. Usually thats the amount i allocate for a tip. I also book 2-3 hours so that we can really take our time getting to know eachother and this allows them to get comfortable with me to open up to me. In many cases they'll share their stories of difficult Johns, or how they find having to fake being overly enthusiastic. I'm usually pretty relaxed and a lot of the times people open up to me, and we generally end up getting on just fine. I've had a couple instances where a lady offered just to charge her social time rate ad part of our chill time, knowing that the 2-3 hrs I'm booking for are not straight 2-3 hrs of pounding. I know most people work a job that they don't like, many mental health workers are jaded because a lot of them became mental health workers because of some serious problems and most people come in to see are privileged and it's over trivial issues. Physicians are typically not taking their morbidly obese patients all that serious, cause much of their health problems are derived from their obesity, sluggishness, and lethargy. People in the Middle class see a guy who can't afford to eat or pay rent living in a tent on the street and that want him gone. In the case of sex workers, many have realized why bother going into debt for student loans, why work a civilian job where you get paid peanuts? Instead of working at the bank where you might make $20 and hr they know to draw in the guy who runs the bank who'll pay them $350 for the hour. Instead of becoming a receptionist for $25 at a dental office, they know to draw in the dentist who'll pay them $350 and who may even do their dental. The other thing is escorts are letting you in their homes and into their bodies and even becoming vulnerable around you. Kane is a sociopath and I'd say the same for some others, who I won't mention here but don't go saying that you feel unsafe seeing SPs because of few jaded individuals.

I don’t think you really have gotten to know these women. I’ve been in the other room sleeping or watching tv, waiting them to finish their “service”, they see you as wallet and your mo why is theirs. Absolutely no respect for clients.

Honestly most people don't care about their clients or if they drop dead or get hit by a car after they receive their money/commission. The car salesman doesn't care if your car gets hit by a train when you exit the lot. The lawyer doesn't care if you invest your money right after you get your settlement money...etc

People work for money. The counselor doesn't care if you decide to jump off a bridge tomorrow as long as they got paid for their last session with you. People suck.

Cactus club waitresses don't like you either and no matter how much you tip they'll still think it wasn't enough.

but if you really want to keep living your lifestyle, you would care

cause repeat customers are what keep you going

which is what the girls here who are successful longer term need

cause sooner or later you run out of people to con, unless you are in a gov't monopoly

or essential business where they don't need to care

Sure, but how are you in a situation to "know" all this about these SP's without being in direct association with them? Are you a pimp, a sucker who simped for these ladies and it backfire? And of course there are reasons certain SPs never work again.
You can disagree with him and argue against his opinion without going all pimp/sucker/insult.
There's a few guys here who know both sides of the biz.

You're right. I took it down. My response was intended for the person I thought started these generalizations against sex workers based on his own inside knowledge of some sex workers who he suggests are sociopaths more so equating them to Ms Kane

I just saw your response, don’t concern yourself too much on who I am, just sharing some insider information. Just watch out for it. They are not counsellors or waitresses, don’t compare them they are selling their intimate selves and have to kill that off to survive. As a result they are disgusted with who men pay for it. They can all be like her

I'm sure there are SPs who'd have us killed but I'm also sure there are people in other professions who'd do the same. I worked at a call centre YEARS ago and people I worked with would make comments like, "These idiots (the customers) are so stupid. We have their phone numbers, their credit info, their addresses, their names, everything we need to fuck with their lives and they think they can just talk like that to us?"
On another occasion a former friend of mine went out of his ways to slash the tires of someone at a Costco parking lot here, just to ruin his day over not signaling on the way there. The guy had US plates was probably visiting for the day. He actually parked his car from a distance just to watch the guy come back and struggle.

Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs/opinions - witness miilions around the world with their worshipping of mythical supreme beings. The mistake is when you take your own extremely limited experience(s) and attempt to paint everyone with the same brush in order to validate your position, while in reality many have had extremely different experiences for many years and don't buy into your conclusions. IMHO
