This Olivia with last four digits 1559 is not Jessica with the same four digits. Totally different area codes.
Photos are different too.

The one you mentioned - Olivia is a fake for sure. I don't know about Jessica. I had been in contact with Jessica and she needed to cancel the appointment due to whatever reasons. But this Jessica seemed to be legit.
