After researching all this hype, I basically found the same info everywhere. [I am leary of info on here (re: Bronco says, "...also in the Medical Profession) yet he cannot spell ' a lot' properly]. Therefore, I will share some info I have learned.

"[Y]ou are way overanalyzing and overreacting. The reason for conflicting information about pre-cum exposure is that there are few data available, and I do not personally know of any particular research studies. This allows for a lot of variable advice based on personal opinion or common sense (and sometimes on common nonsense).

My analysis? Precum presents at most a tiny theoretical risk, not a practical one. Since oral exposure is extremely low risk even with ejaculation, it must be vanishingly small without it, probably zero.

You need... testing only as a psycological crutch; from a risk assessment perspective I would not recommend testing at all." HHH, MD http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/pre-cum-theoritical-or-real/show/256039

I agree with the earlier statement. Unless you know for a fact, don't bad-mouth people: SP's, Pooners, etc.

By the way, is kcchiefs an SP with a jealous streak? Seems the most probable to me; afterall, how would she/he know how many clients any SP sees? "she sees a lot of clients daily" "...I hear" Do you know this for a fact?

kcchiefs has posted reviews of two local SPs, although he hadn't posted at all since March 2008 prior to this thread. I seriously doubt he's an SP.

As for how many clients SPs see in a day, that's no one's business but theirs. As a client, all I have a right to expect is that they're clean and fresh when I see them. I have no control over anyone else they see or how many they see.

Jazzman11 that's good, but it's only for HIV. I do apoligize if I made a mistake spelling , something I don't usually do as I do have my notes transcribed. also doctor's have bad writing skills. You think what you want, that's up to you. Just a note HSV-1 and HSV-2 can be found in and released from the sores that the viruses cause, but they also are released between outbreaks from skin that does not appear to have a sore. Generally, a person can only get HSV-2 infection during sexual contact with someone who has a genital HSV-2 infection. Transmission can occur from an infected partner who does not have a visible sore and may not know that he or she is infected.

HSV-1 can cause genital herpes, but it more commonly causes infections of the mouth and lips, so-called “fever blisters.” HSV-1 infection of the genitals can be caused by oral-genital or genital-genital contact with a person who has HSV-1 infection. Genital HSV-1 outbreaks recur less regularly than genital HSV-2 outbreaks.
Genital herpes can cause recurrent painful genital sores in many adults, and herpes infection can be severe in people with suppressed immune systems. Regardless of severity of symptoms, genital herpes frequently causes psychological distress in people who know they are infected.

In addition, genital HSV can lead to potentially fatal infections in babies. It is important that women avoid contracting herpes during pregnancy because a newly acquired infection during late pregnancy poses a greater risk of transmission to the baby. If a woman has active genital herpes at delivery, a cesarean delivery is usually performed. Fortunately, infection of a baby from a woman with herpes infection is rare.

Herpes may play a role in the spread of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Herpes can make people more susceptible to HIV infection, and it can make HIV-infected individuals more infectious.
health officials reported over 36,000 cases of syphilis in 2006, including 9,756 cases of primary and secondary (P&S) syphilis. In 2006, half of all P&S syphilis cases were reported from 20 counties and 2 cities; and most P&S syphilis cases occurred in persons 20 to 39 years of age. The incidence of P&S syphilis was highest in women 20 to 24 years of age and in men 35 to 39 years of age. Reported cases of congenital syphilis in newborns increased from 2005 to 2006, with 339 new cases reported in 2005 compared to 349 cases in 2006.

Between 2005 and 2006, the number of reported P&S syphilis cases increased 11.8 percent. P&S rates have increased in males each year between 2000 and 2006 from 2.6 to 5.7 and among females between 2004 and 2006
Syphilis is passed from person to person through direct contact with a syphilis sore. Sores occur mainly on the external genitals, vagina, anus, or in the rectum. Sores also can occur on the lips and in the mouth. Transmission of the organism occurs during vaginal, anal, or oral sex. Pregnant women with the disease can pass it to the babies they are carrying. Syphilis cannot be spread through contact with toilet seats, doorknobs, swimming pools, hot tubs, bathtubs, shared clothing, or eating utensils.Genital sores (chancres) caused by syphilis make it easier to transmit and acquire HIV infection sexually. There is an estimated 2- to 5-fold increased risk of acquiring HIV if exposed to that infection when syphilis is present.

Ulcerative STDs that cause sores, ulcers, or breaks in the skin or mucous membranes, such as syphilis, disrupt barriers that provide protection against infections. The genital ulcers caused by syphilis can bleed easily, and when they come into contact with oral and rectal mucosa during sex, increase the infectiousness of and susceptibility to HIV. Having other STDs is also an important predictor for becoming HIV infected because STDs are a marker for behaviors associated with HIV transmission.
so Jazzman you tell me?

•The hepatitis B virus is known as a blood-borne virus because it is transmitted from one person to another via blood.

◦Semen and saliva, which contain small amounts of blood, also carry the virus.
◦The virus can be transmitted whenever any of these bodily fluids come in contact with the broken skin or a mucous membrane (in the mouth, genital organs, or rectum) of an uninfected person.

•People who are at increased risk of being infected with the hepatitis B virus include the following:

◦Men or women who have multiple sex partners,

•HCV is not related to the other viruses that cause hepatitis. Like the other hepatitis viruses, however, it is contagious. The hepatitis C virus is transmitted mainly by contact with blood
◦Through sexual intercourse with an infected person: Having multiple sex partners is a risk factor.
Gonorrhea is caused by the Neisseria gonorrhoeae bacteria. The infection is transmitted from one person to another through vaginal, oral, or anal sexual relations.

•Men have a 20% chance of getting the infection by having sexual relations with a woman infected with gonorrhea.
•Women have a 50% chance of getting the infection by having sexual relations with a man infected with gonorrhea.

So please Jazzman 11 you have no idea what your talking about
go to school for 8 years with residency and 2 years of fellowship then talk to me
over writing skills
give me a break

wpgman69 who doesn't care about it
You are mistaken and you should learn to read properly.
Keep in mind you're the one who said, that a good reputable SP only takes 2-3 clients a day. Therefore you're OK with getting 2-3 guys left overs.

bronco I'm sorry you dissagree so badly with my opinion of (if it's 1 or 100 ahead of you it doesn't matter cause you're no better off than the guy who was #2 in line.) Maybe raging against that is how you fool yourself into telling yourself 2-3 is ok? To me: how many clients they see is none of my business.

Maybe you're just angry because there's a SP out there who sees other clients than just you?
Seems spreading fear about STI's and STD's is a great way to scare off potential new and old clients.

Anyway, I really don't care about what you have to say. Everyone knows the risks, do you think this is new to everyone?
Everything I've said so far had nothing to do with you or your opinion. You're the one who started this.

So, as it is I'm taking my ball and going home :(
I suggest you back off now too.

That's fine, he's not an SP. All I am saying is, quit spreading rumors when you obviously have no factual basis to make the statements you've made. There are girls out there changing their names because of gossip that is unfounded. If you know for a fact someone has something, then come out and tell us; otherwise, why try and taint anyone's rep.

I'm not spreading rumor's only telling facts. Most Local Sp's are very aware of thier STD profile and most are very clean and safe . I just comments about SP's seeing multiple clients per day and possible risks. Your the one that started this acting my typing skills. I totally understand SP's see other guys "Wpgman69", I just made the comment about being a factory SP's legs open and come on style as many as they can in one day kind of SP, that's all
I also put the information out for both Sp's and Pooners. You can see that someone else on CL is commenting on Sp's there. Just FYI I usually see more mature Sp's 28 + not into young ones, sorry not my style. I find that winnipeg has many classy Sp's and some that travel from abroad. All I was doing was responding to your attacks. So if you don't like my information don't read, Leave me alone, I leave you alone, it's that simple.
